We act as representante autorizado under Real Decreto 1055/2022 for companies that sell packaged goods into Spain and have no establishment there. We are established in Spain, which is the first thing worth checking about anyone offering you this service: a representative not established in Spanish territory cannot lawfully hold the role.

We are one of the providers in our own price table. A comparison written by a competitor is worth nothing unless you can check it, so every competing row links to that provider’s own published page and our price sits in the same table under the same headings. We publish no ranking and we do not claim to be „best“. The one claim we do make is checkable: ours is the lowest published annual price in a dataset we date and source.

• Primary law first. Real Decreto 1055/2022 and Ley 7/2022 from the BOE; Regulation (EU) 2025/40 from EUR-Lex.
• The competent authority second. MITECO, for the Registro de Productores de Producto.
• The schemes for their own tariffs. Ecoembes, Ecovidrio and Envalora publish their rates; we link to them rather than restating them.
• Never another provider marketing page as authority for anything except that provider own price.

We ask the same question of every provider, and it applies to us: RD 1055/2022 requires the representative to be established in Spanish territory. Ask any provider where they are established, and ask for it in writing.
