The deadlines
Ley 7/2022 foresees producer responsibility for several flows that have no implementing regulation yet. Until those are approved, there is nothing to register for — and a provider telling you otherwise is selling you air.

The penalties
Ley 7/2022 sets the sanctions regime. These are the statutory maxima, not typical outcomes.

Selling into Spain without a Spanish company?
Since 12 August 2026, PPWR Article 45(3) requires an authorised representative established in Spain. We are that representative, for €199 a year.
