It is your number in the packaging section of the Registro de Productores de Producto, in the form ENV/year/nine digits. Under Article 15(3) RD 1055/2022 it must appear on invoices and other documents accompanying commercial transactions of packaged goods, from placing on the market to the point of sale for household packaging. MITECO's FAQ adds that every issuer of an invoice for packaged goods must show the number, producer or not, so a distributor reselling your goods repeats your ENV number. No layout is prescribed; MITECO suggests “Registro de productor de productos” followed by the number. It is only required on documents within the Spanish market. Do not confuse it with the REGAGE number on the registration receipt.
